Notorious Synopsis
Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Christopher Wallace (Jamal Woolard) parlays his gift for storytelling into a career as a rap artist. Eventually dubbing himself Biggie Smalls, and later, the Notorious B.I.G., Wallace's tales about violent street life took him to the top of the rap charts. The violence he so often sang about caught up with Wallace in March of 1997, when he was shot to death after leaving a party.
