The more we see of Splice, the more implausible this lady scientist Elsa becomes. We’ve already seen her naming the horrible little creature and now we watch as she completely under-reacts to her little angel’s attempt to gobble a sensibly petrified Gavin. What can we expect next? A scene showing Elsa trying to enroll Dren in the local playgroup maybe?
