The vivacious former BB housemate has been banned from the UK after she attempted to use a relativeâs passport to gain entry. Fact.
UK Border Agency officials recognised the reality star when she arrived at London’s Heathrow airport from Lagos in Nigeria and identified she was not carrying her own passport. Weâre thinking there should be consequences for the guards as well, let alone Makosi. That is seriously worrying BB knowledge.
Makosi flew back to Lagos the following day.
The Zimbabwean contestant came to Britain in 1998 faced deportation in 2005 after she left her job to appear on the C4 reality show. Facing the threat of deportation, the star made an asylum application, saying that her life would be in danger if she returned home.
“It would not be safe for me to return at the moment,” she said at the time. “The police know who I am now. They know I am scared to return because of documents put in the newspapers.”
During her time in the house, Makosi experienced a âpregnancy scareâ? as a result of a hot tub frolic with co-housemate, Anthony Hutton. Despite the furore, it turned out to be a false alarm and Miss Makosi went on to take part in many celebrity mag interviews upon her exit fromt he house. Funny that.
Makosi went on to take third place in the competition while 70s dancer, Anthony, went on to take the crown back in 2005.
