BBC Puts Faith In The Voice Panel

Paloma “crazy catâ€? Faith is set to help Danny O’Donoghue mentor his acts on BBC talent show, The Voice.

She will be mentoring the nervous hopefuls during preparation for the next step of the competition – the battle rounds.

Danny – along with his fellow coaches Tom Jones, Jessie J and Will.i.am – will be taking ten acts from the blind audition rounds through to the next stage, where they will battle it in a series of duets.

All four coaches will then decide who to send though to the live shows.

Welsh warbler Tom Jones will be joined by Catatonia’s Cerys Matthews in a bid to train up his amateurs.

Brit popstress Jessie J will team up with Scissor Sisters matriarch, Ana Mantronic (a woman who has already topped the charts and won a Brit Award with her group’s self-titled 2004 debut album).

While Will.i.am will recruit Dante Santiago. DANTE SANTIAGO – that’s right! It goes without saying that this slick star is a former band mate of Will.i.am’s – long before the days of the Black Eyed Peas – when Will.he.now.is was known as Will 1X.

All this impending duet action has obviously made coach Jessie J hungry for some harmonisin’. She has admitted that she would “love to collaborate with Tom”, adding that she reckons “it will happen very soon”.

But modest Jessie has already spoken of her voice as “so powerful that I eat people I duet with alive”. Prepare for a shock babe, you obviously haven’t heard Delilah in a while.
