BGT Pudsey To Release Biography ..Errmm

Pudsey, the dog that won this year’s Britain’s Got Talent, is releasing a biography. Covering all six years of his life, the publisher Orion expects it to be a runaway success.

A ghost-writer is expected to interview Pudsey over a number of days to flesh out the story, although how involved Pudsey will be in the actual writing of the book remains unclear.

Pudsey, and his owner/trainer/media handler Ashleigh came first in the BGT, beating runners-up Charlotte and the Pavarotti-voiced Jonathan by 14% in the public vote. Clearly, Orion expects large returns on it’s investment – it’s reported in The Sun that the book deal is worth £100,000.

Planned as “must have coffee table bookâ€?, Pudsey fans will be treated to intimate details of Pudsey’s private life, such as his romantic encounters since finding fame (aggressively humping a pug in Hyde park after a photo shoot) and his culinary habits (the time he accidentally ate a flower during a walk in the Northamptonshire countryside.)

Pudsey has yet to comment, as he is a dog, and to ask a dog to comment would be stupid.
