Cheryl Cole Will Not Be X Factor Puppet

"Go back to X-Factor?! Don't make me laugh, pet."

Cheryl Cole has hit back at rumours which have suggested she might be preparing for an X Factor return.

Her Twitter-based denials came after the X Factor USA camp announced that they were on the lookout for two new female panellists.

Taking to her twitter page yesterday she said: “X factor was a great experience and time in my life and career but is now part of my past .. Please #letsmoveonnow #newnewspls Zzzzz *yawns*”

Cole was brutally booted off the U.S. show by Cowell after just a few weeks of audition rounds of the 2011 show following claims that audience members could not understand her Geordie accent.

Friends of the Promise This singer have reported that she is adamant about maintaining her X Factor absence stating, “I’m no puppet”.

One friend said: “Enough is enough. Cheryl’s no pushover and she does not want people to think she will go running back to X Factor after the way she was treated by Cowell.

“She is a strong girl and she is moving on. Cheryl is all about her music now. She lives, sleeps and breathes her new album – it’s her passion.â€?
