The Mirror reports that the Red or Black creator has already been in talks with TV comedian Harry Hill and top music producer, Steve Brown, to put together a side-splitting script for a West End show.
It is thought he wants it to be a theatre production people will sing along to, and laugh at.
That is pretty much guaranteed.
A source said: “Simon is excited by the idea of taking The X Factor brand on to the London stage,” a source told the paper. “He is looking at great new songs and some laughter.
âIt would be a perfect night out for ÂX Factor fans and former stars of the show could be involved in it.â?
