Dallas Reboot Could Still Be Happening

Despite not making the cut on cable channel TNT’s Autumn schedule, a spokesperson for the network has revealed that the reboot of iconic Eighties soap Dallas could still be happening.

Apparently TNT executives will make a decision on the show in the next few weeks when the pilot has been seen.

The pilot for the revamp features original series stars Patrick Duffy, Linda Gray and Larry Hagman, as well as Brenda Strong (Desperate Housewives), Jesse Metcalfe (Desperate Housewives), Josh Henderson (90210) and Jordana Brewster (Fast and Furious) and will not hit screens until next year, should it receive a full season call up.

The original series was one of the biggest television shows of the Eighties, running for fourteen seasons between 1978 and 1991 and was voted as one of the best TV shows of all time by TIME magazine.
