Party-boy Frankie Cocozza has finally been reprimanded by X-Factor bosses who have had enough of his boozy ways.
The 19-year-old was hauled in front of furious bosses after he staggered back to the contestantsâ house after a 12-hour bender.
The scruffy haired little wretch was also spotted escorting yet another lady into a secluded car park.
The lady in question, 19-year-old Kelly Freeborn, defended their actions, saying:: “We were just walking to a garage to get some cigarettes.”
Last night an insider said: “Frankie really angered producers, who have the responsibility for looking after the welfare of contestants.
“He was given a severe dressing down and stern words were said.
His âvocal rangeâ? has been called into question by judges and viewers alike over the last few live shows and his future on the show looks far from certain.
The insider added: “He has been booed by the studio audience the last few weeks and this won’t help matters. Viewers could boot him off the show.”
This yearâs X-Factor has been hit by controversy after controversy, with Frankieâs bad behaviour being the latest in a long line of PR distasters.
Judge Kelly Rowland, who refused to appear on last weekâs panel because she was âso sickâ?, will return this week after making a rapid recovery.
ITV1âs flagship show has also suffered in the ratings war against BBCâs Strictly Come Dancing, with last weekâs Halloween specials leaving Strictly at least half a million viewers ahead of the X-Factor.
