What’s this? Someone from the big city rocks up in small town America and gets more than they bargained for? We’ve heard that before somewhere haven’t we? Never mind, because Hart of Dixie looks like it may have more to offer than your run-of-the-mill ‘fish out of water’ TV show. Why do we say that? Because it comes from the pen/keyboard of Leila Gerstein, the woman who brought us The O.C. The show stars Rachel Bilson as a qualified heart-surgeon, who for one reason or another has to leave The Big Apple and move to rural Alabama. Some of the locals are pleased to see her, some not so much. It debuts on Really tonight..
