Kutcher Gets Punk’d On Twitter

Ashton Kutcher, presenter of Punk’d and prolific Tweeter, had his Twitter account hacked on Wednesday.

Hackers wrote, “Ashton, you’ve been Punk’d. This account is not secure. Dude, where’s my SSL?â€? They then followed it up with another tweet, reading, “P.S. This is for those young protestors around the world who did not deserve to have their Facebook & Twitter accounts hacked like this.â€?

Kutcher – known for his show which fooled numerous celebrities including Jessica Alba, Justin Timberlake and Kanye West – has one of the most popular Twitter accounts with over 6 million followers.

As much as we’d like to say what goes around comes around, we suspect that it’s unlikely the actor will be too bothered.
