All you gleeks out there might be pleased to hear the news that Glee regular Lea Michele will not be leaving the show after all; rumours were rife that she was all set to leave after Series three finished. However, despite choir boy Cory Monteith (Finn Hudson) definitely departing, it has been confirmed by Fox that Rachel Berry will be a presence in Series four.
Reports previously suggested that the actress might be teaming up with Chris Colfer (Kurt Hummel) for a spin-off show seeing as the characters are due to graduate from high-school. Despite this small glitch, apparently producers have found a way for this to go ahead, but still feature in the programme.
In insider revealed: âThere will not be a Glee spinoff, but those characters will graduate and it’s led to a very interesting idea that I think is going to really give us something cool to dig into next season.â?
Lea also expressed excitement at the new series ahead, taking to her Twitter account to voice her enthusiasm: “Ryan Murphy has some brilliant and ground breaking ideas for including us graduates in the show for next season! It’s going to be great!”
