Lohan Gets Role Of (Her) Lifetime

lohan300Lindsay Lohan is being lined up to star in Escaping the Game, a film about troubled celebrities, by producer Nathan Folks.

The role shouldn’t require a Daniel Day-Lewis level of method acting from Lohan as the Mean Girls star is currently facing trial for the alleged theft of a necklace. In addition to this, she has also recently suffered from well publicised drug and alcohol abuse problems. With a reported legal bill of around £700,000 over the last 4 years, Lohan is probably the best qualified actress in the world for the role.

“Lohan wants to do it,” said Folks. “She’s doing great and we’re going to prove to the world that she’s back. We can get her insured if there’s someone who is keeping an eye on her 24/7.”

Over the weekend, she again had to deny rumours via her Twitter account that she had been drinking again with this post: “i take my sobriety seriously. please don’t believe this accusations. i know the rules and i wouldn’t risk probation. Xoxo” [sic]

The question is though, Mr Folks, how do you make a movie if your star goes to prison?
