Following last week’s press conference in which Bond 23 was officially named as Skyfall, a few more cast members have been added to the roster – unsurprising given Bond films’ tendency to involve ensemble casts.
Next to join are Helen McCrory and Ola Rapace. Neither are household names but movie fans will probably recognise McCrory from her role as Narcissa Malfoy in the Harry Potter series as well as from her appearances in The Queen and Enduring Love. She’ll next been seen in Scorsese’s new project Hugo.
Ola Rapace is even less well known but if you’re thinking he sounds familiar, that’s because he’s the ex-husband of Noomi Rapace (The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo) and has appeared in Wallander which was a hit series of BBC1.
