Natalie Cassidy has ended her engagement to fiancé Adam Cottrell, following a heated row which apparently left her with a black eye.
The actress, best known for her role as Sonia in Eastenders, is also known for her yo-yo dieting, with her weight going up and down more often than a certain premiership footballer’s trousers.
Cassidy has reportedly called a halt to the couple’s wedding plans and booted her fiancé out for their Hertfordshire home. The couple recently became parents to a baby girl, with Eliza Beatrice born last October.
Cottrell will appear at East Herts magistrates court on May 31 on two counts of assault and two counts of criminal damage.
