After Lauren Socha became the latest member of the original Misfits cast to leave the show a couple of weeks back (an occurrence which had nothing to do with the fact that she was convicted of racially aggravated assault) we wondered who would be stepping in to replace her and her co-departees Antonia Thomas and Iwan Rheon.
And this morning two of the three new faces were revealed as Karla Crome (Hit and Miss) and Nathan McMullen (Shameless). According to ScreenTerrier, Krome will play Jess, a “smart and articulate” young girl who’s willing to question social norms and etiquette. She should fit right in.
Meanwhile McMullan has been cast as ‘Finn’ who is said to be “funny, enthusiastic and childlike”.
The identity of the person playing the third cast member who’ll be playing “good-looking but stand-offish” Alex is yet to be revealed.
The news means that Nathan Stewart-Jarrett will be the only original member of the hit E4 series to remain since it debuted in 2009.
