Last night Russell Brand made a surprise appearance on American Idol in a taped section where he acted as a âcharisma coachâ for contestants.
It was a typically manic performance from Brand, who tried to relax them with some stretching exercises, and called contestant Casey Abraham âa gorgeous hairball of wonder.â?
âThe great rock frontmen, not being rude, comes from this area,â? he said, gesturing towards the groin, before heading behind the judges table with the contestants to let them know what it feels like to be a judge, to try and help them not feel so nervous in future.
Whether or not his advice will actually help them remains to be seen, but it was an amusing cameo from the Get Him To The Greek star.
