A decent cast is already in place for Kathryn Bigelow’s latest project Kill Bin Laden but that cast looks like it will grow still further with offers out to the likes of Jessica Chastain, Mark Strong and Edgar Ramirez according to Deadline.
The follow up to The Hurt Locker will see a team of Navy SEALS trying to track down the internation hide and seek champion. While the movie was originally scripted before Bin Laden was found, the script’s now been changed to reflect his death.
Joel Edgerton, Jason Clarke and Chris Pratt are already saddled up and ready to go but the newcomers would be a welcome addition. Chastain had a particularly strong year in 2011 appearing in no less that six films – a ubiquitous redhead presence on our silver screen but her presence in Bigelow’s film might throw up some scheduling conflct with Tom Cruise sci-fi flick Oblivion (nothing to do with the Betheda Softworks game).
