The Favourite nominated for 12 BAFTAs

BAFTA awards

Period comedy The Favourite has been nominated for 12 BAFTAs this year, including “Best Film”, “Best Director” and “Leading Actress”.

Four films have been nominated for seven BAFTAs each: Bohemian Rhapsody, First Man, Roma and A Star is Born. Meanwhile Vice has six nominations and BlacKkKlansman has received five.

Below is the full list of nominations. The awards themselves will be hosted by Joanna Lumley on 10th February, and will be aired on BBC One.
