Simon Cowell has booked Tulisa to perform on next monthâs live Britainâs Got Talent show.
In his first public show of support towards the x-rated X Factor panellist since the sex-tape scandal, Cowell appears to have offered the 23-year-old an olive branch with the performance opportunity.
Now that the whole thing has blown over in fact, it appears that Cowell is claiming that he backed the N-Dubz star all the way, and has been keen to have her on the show for some time.
A source told The Sun: âSimon is a big fan of Tulisa and is excited to have her on the show.
âHe wants her to hold her head high and put in a storming performance.â?

Tulisa said: âItâs a huge show, with a massive amount of viewers, for my first live solo music performance. Of course, Simon will be on the panel watching, so Iâm performing in front of the X Factor boss too!â?
In her first screen outing since the video which saw her âgiving pleasureâ? to a mystery man (later revealed to be ex-boyfriend Justin Edwards), the Young singer has now been defended by Lord Cowell himself.
He said of the footage: âWhat she was doing was not illegal. You are allowed to do this stuff in your bedroom. You donât want the tape to come out, but it makes no difference with me about her coming back on The X Factor â 100 per cent.
âI mean, God, if I said no (to her coming back) itâs allowing every sleazebag to wreck somebodyâs career, when she didnât do something wrong.
âThe public are very, very forgiving and understanding. But I hope they donât forgive the person who did leak the tape.â?
