Two Women To Replace Axed X Factor USA Judges

WANTED: Two lady judges (Cheryl Cole need not apply)

Simon Cowell has confirmed that the two empty chairs on the X Factor USA panel will be filled by two women – but who will they be?

The vacancies come off the back of Cowell’s brutal judge/host bloodbath which saw Nicole Scherzinger, Paula Abdul and host Steve Jones lose their jobs.

Talking to Entertainment Wise last night, sole panel survivor, L.A. Reid revealed: “One thing you can count on is that we’ll likely have two girls, that you could probably count on.”

“Likelyâ€?…“probablyâ€?…any concrete confirmations from you Cowell.

“I think that’s 100% L.A.â€?, thanks for that SiCo.

He added: “Well, you know what happens, it happened last year, there’s loads of speculation, some true, some not true, it’s true to say a lot more people have entered the frame this year and we really waited to see who was going to contact us before we actually contacted people.

“We’re in that place right now, which is a good place to be in and we will meet a number of people over the next few weeks, mainly to explain to them that this is a big commitment when you do a show like this, because of the mentoring aspect but I can’t confirm or deny any of these rumours at the moment.”

Early predictions suggest that former teeny bopper, Britney Spears, is in the frame for a slice of X-rated fun.

Voluptuous singer/rapper Nicki Minaj has also been put forward as a potential to take up the judging baton.

Let the endless speculation commence…
