The Britain’s Got Talent judges will be putting their busy showbiz lives on hold “for Queen and country” according to a new trailer for the hit talent search show.
The 60-second promo shows new judging line up Alesha Dixon, Amanda Holden, David Walliams and Simon Cowell dropping everything to find the best of British talent in the new series of BGT.
The show will air next Saturday 24 March at the new time of 8pm after ITV bosses caved in to rival show, The Voice, which is scheduled for BGT’s usual slot over on BBC1.
Recently departed from the Strictly Come Dancing panel, Alesha Dixon can be see salsa dancing the night away when the call comes through. A not-so-subtle nod towards her ditched BBC panel heritage. Take that Len.
Meanwhile Walliams camps it up as a Victorian gentleman on the set for some kind of period drama and Amanda Holden can be seen glamming it up backstage at a theatre.
Media and music mogul Cowell is pictured chilling in a chic office located in the ACTUAL Hollywood sign.
But then they all receive a mysterious phone call summoning them together to complete a mission ‘for Queen and country’.
The daft trailer was aired last night during the Chelsea v Napoli UEFA Champions League game ahead of the show’s launch on March 24.
