Kate Beckinsale is back in black for the fifth instalment in the popular action/horror franchise, once again donning a PVC bodysuit and getting caught smack bang in the middle of the eternal conflict between vampires and Lycans (that’s werewolves, for the uninitiated).
Beckinsale’s Selene, a powerful warrior known as a Death Dealer, has been blacklisted by the vamp elders for killing one of her own, but with the Lycans posing more and more of a threat she’s soon summoned in from the cold. Still, she’d be wise to watch her back.
