Tonight, Gordon sends his 11 contenders back to basics, testing their raw skills and pure talent. First, he invites the entrepreneurs to a world-renowned, artisan, smoked-salmon business in Hackney Wick. Can they master traditional techniques against the clock? Who has natural flair, and who will crack under pressure?
Next, Gordon challenges the teams to embrace the great outdoors and create an incredible feast in the forest. Foraging for ingredients and cooking on open fires, can they bring the woodland to the table and create theatre for paying guests?
Finally, it’s crunch time as the contenders come face to face with Gordon. Who will make the grade, and who will be sent home?
