Today the two highest scoring chefs from the South West go head-to-head and cook their six course menus again. Will they take on board their veteran’s advice as they serve their stunning dishes to the Great British Menu panel of judges?
In the judging hot seat, for this week only, is Michelin starred chef Marcus Wareing – he knows what he’s looking for having competed in the first ever Great British Menu and cooked the dessert at the Banquet. Alongside Marcus is Chef and Restaurateur Nisha Katona and comedian and foodie, Ed Gamble. Today’s guest judge is animation royalty, Oscar winner Susie Templeton, who created the stop motion picture – Peter and the Wolf and also won a BAFTA for her animation, Dog.
Only one of the chefs will triumph and go through to represent the South West at the national Finals.
