Keanu Reeves returns as the titular, supposedly retired hitman in the third instalment of the John Wick series. Things are looking a bit bleak for John. As the film opens, he’s badly injured in a clash with another hitman. Not to mention that a whopping $14 million bounty has been placed on his head for killing a top crime boss. Coming at him from all angles are assassins wanting his head on a plate. But they can’t have seen the first two films, because if they had they’d know this guy does not go down without a fight. After escaping some potentially deadly skirmishes, John travels to Casablanca to try and find the mysterious Elder (Saïd Taghmaoui) – the only person who can call off the hit on him. With the help of his old friend Sofia (Halle Berry), John must journey the Moroccan desert and find a way to save his own skin, but there’s sure to be a few surprises along the way. Also starring Ian McShane, Laurence Fishburne, Lance Reddick and Anjelica Huston.
