He also has the unique experience of having a camera stuck up his nose to learn about the connection between weight, snoring and the life-limiting condition of sleep apnoea. Michael’s wife and best-selling cookbook author Dr Clare Bailey shares recipes and food tips while Michael also looks at how a low-calorie, low-carb and high-protein diet is sustainable in the long term before the five volunteers return to Michael’s home for their final results and weigh-in.
