Russ 24 Hours in A&E

Tonight’s episode of 24 Hours in A&E reflects the change in dynamic between parents and children.

After being involved in a traffic collision, 79-year-old Judith has been airlifted to St George’s. As she is sent for a CT scan her daughter Penny recounts losing her father to early onset dementia.

Meanwhile, 80-year-old Mohammad has come to A&E after falling at home. His daughter Naaz reveals that her dad has been living with cancer and that she and her brother Saleh realise it’s now their time to look after the man who gave them everything.

Finally, 56-year-old Russ is brought into resus after falling from a ladder while cutting back some trees at work. Russ can’t remember the accident and Dr Will is concerned he may have suffered from a seizure.
