Giles Coren and Monica Galetti return for a second series looking at some of the world’s oddest hotels.
In the first episode, they travel to French Polynesia, where on the island of Tetiaroa is the five star Brando Resort, founded by actor Marlon Brando. In this resort, where a villa with its own beach costs £11,000, the duo meet some of the staff of the hotel. This includes beekeepers, crane operators, barefoot room cleaners, and a coconut safety officer.
Amazing Hotels is on BBC Two at 21.00.
