Sir David Attenborough travels to the Jurassic Coast in order to investigate the remains a 200-million-year-old extinct sea creature.

The animal in question is an ichthyosaur, an air-breathing marine reptile that was akin to a gigantic dolphin. Alongside fossil expert Chris Moore, they investigate this remarkable creature – and in the process they also discover a new species completely unknown to science.

Attenborough and the Sea Dragon is on BBC One at 20.00.
