Channel 4’s latest foreign language drama import is this thriller from Sweden.
Detective Hanna Svensson (Marie Richardson) is regarded as being famously tough: she even arrested her own son, who got two years in prison for drug dealing. However, she is also having an affair with a married undercover police officer, Sven (Johan Hedenberg), who wants to leave his wife – but when he goes missing, she tries to find him again.
Before We Die is on Channel 4 at 23.00, with the entire series being made available on All4 once it has aired.
