Tonight the documentary investigates the bomb that fell on 6th Avenue in Hull, which completely demolished two houses. The Taylor family lost their baby Peter and 14-year-old Vera was left badly burnt whilst their neighbours, the Owens, lost three of their children.
With commentary from the Owens daughter who was born after the war and the surviving Taylor sisters, this episode explains how the event impacted their lives.
