This series follows six engaged couples who are facing pressure from their families to break up.
Among the couples in the show are Dee and John, a couple with an age gap of 35 years (24 and 59 respectively); Rob and Simon, who have problems because Rob’s parents don’t think their son is, “a genuine gay”; and Jamie and Shaaba, as Shaaba’s mother believes that a mixed-race relationship won’t work.
