Revealing the history of British boating, Mary-Ann Ochota explores the story of the coracle, a simple boat that is believed to have been in action for over 40,000 years.

Mary-Ann meets a man whose family has been coracle fishing the same river for over 300 years, she partakes in a night fishing expedition, hears how coraclemen led poaching expeditions to help locals in times of economic crisis and finally, she makes her very own coracle and uses it to race in the annual Ironbridge Coracle Regatta.
