It doesn’t exactly scream last MasterChef semi final but tonight the remaining celebrities have to prepare a common takeaway dish – either fish and chips, curry or burger and fries.
In contrast to their first challenge, their second requires a little more class. The contestants are faced with preparing a high tea to celebrate the life and works of celebrated landscape gardener Lancelot ‘Capability’ Brown, cooking a menu specially designed by pastry chef Cherish Finden.
Finally, back at HQ, the celebs must each create one exquisite dish inspired by someone close to them before judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace determine which four will go through to Finals Week.
