The Cricket World Cup begins next week, so the teams taking part a play some last one-day internationals in England before the tournament finally commences.

There are two games today, and one being televised is between Pakistan and Afghanistan in Bristol. Pakistan just lost a ODI series to England 4-0. It might have been a whitewash if it weren’t for the fact that one game was rained off.

Afghanistan, for whom this is their first World Cup since becoming a test nation, have has more mixed fortunes. The lost their last ODI to Ireland, but in a series at home they defeated Ireland.

Pakistan v Afghanistan is on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Cricket at 10.00 (play starts 10.30).
