The England team were brought back down to earth in the last ODI on Tuesday.
Although they had already managed to secure the series victory, in yet another game that was decided by DLS, England lost by their biggest ever margin, losing by 219 runs after they reached just 132-9 after 26.1 overs, in comparison to Sri Lanka’s 366-6. Now we move to the only Twenty20 game during England’s tour, taking place in Colombo. Hopefully the T20 squad will do better.
