David Attenborough’s latest documentary looks at the world of family life among animals.
This opening episode follows the lives of chimpanzees in Senegal, and in particular follows one chimp appropriately named David. He is currently the alpha male, but with rivals challenging for his position, he needs to be able to father a child before he loses power.
