If you thought you could forget about the football now that the World Cup is long gone, well, it can’t.
Tonight the Championship season kicks off, and Leagues 1 and 2 play tomorrow. The first game to be televised this season is between Reading and Derby. Last season, Derby got to sixth in the table but lost in the play-offs, while Reading finished three points above the relegation zone. There are however some big changes – namely Derby are now managed by a certain Frank Lampard.
Reading v Derby County is on Sky Main Event and Sky Football at 19.00 (kick-off 20.00).
