Today features a London derby as Tottenham take on West Ham. A win for Spurs should virtually secure them a sport in the Champions League next season, while mid-table West Ham are simply trying to finish in the top half. Also in action are Brighton, who could secure their safety if they defeat Newcastle.

Meanwhile, Sheffield United will still by attempting to get the top spot in the Championship as they face already relegated Ipswich. In Scotland, Celtic could clinch the Premiership title with victory against Kilmarnock. There is also action from the final day of the National League season, but the game being shown has yet to be confirmed.
