Tonight Sarah meets the creator of an affordable three bed that can be assembled in a week; a twentysomething couple building their first home together on the back of an agricultural trailer for only £25,000; and a woman in West Yorkshire, who shelled out just £12,000 converting three derelict garages into a stunning live/work space. There’s also a couple who saved 50% of their build costs by creating their two bed home inside some shipping containers.
