The Christmas specials are coming thick and fast now as Gregg Wallace and his team look at how some of our favourite festive treats are produced.
Among the factories visited include one that makes 2 million tins of festive chocolates, which wraps up 5,500 individual sweets per minute (I assume it’s Quality Street, but it being a BBC show they make no mention of the company involved). Also, Cherry Healey looks into gingerbread, and Ruth Goodman traces the history of the Christmas turkey.
