Cherry Healey and Gregg Wallace are back in the white coats and blue hairnets discovering the inner working of the factories that produce the majority of the food we eat.
Tonight it’s all things tea. Having received a 30-tonne batch, Gregg follows the tea as the leaves work their way through the factory ending up as 6.9 million bags.
Meanwhile, Cherry Healey is discovering the secrets of the tea leaf in an African tea processing plant and Historian Ruth Goodman traces tea back to the 19th century.
