Chef James Martin is travelling across France visiting the locations that have inspired his cooking.
Tonight he heads to Languedoc – home of the cassoulet – and uses local produce cooks up an unusual dish using melon and onion rings.
Also tonight he dines with Locals Mike and Val, who cook up a feast and James pays a visit to the Citroën 2CV museum before bringing out the barbecue.
