In the last episode of the series Jamie Oliver and Jimmy Doherty are joined by British diving legend, Tom Daley at their café on the Southend Pier. Although having recently his own healthy eating cook book, Tom’s Daily Plan, Jamie shows him how to recreate one of his favourite dishes, sweet and sour chicken, before he is tasked with serving their hungry guests.
As things heat up for Tom in the kitchen, Jimmy heads outdoors for a breath of fresh air and tries his hand and abseiling in the search for one of the latest health food crazes, seaweed.
As always the pair want to change the way we think, source and use food, and tonight they get stuck in demonstrating the proper way to treat an old cow with as minimal waste as possible.
