Murder in Successville’s Tom Davis stars and writes in this new sitcom pilot.
Davis plays Gary King, an aspirational Essex man trying to escape from the overwhelming presence of his father “Big Gary” (Simon Day). His plan is to organise a barbecue that will be the highlight of summer for the area, but then learns that another event is taking place on the same day organised by his new neighbour Stuart (Romesh Ranganathan).
