Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer help more people make the decision to spruce up or sell – this time in leafy Cheshire, known for its footballers and expensive houses.
After five years of living in their four-bed, one-bathroom semi, Sarah and Jabzz are at loggerheads over whether to stay or go. With two growing children, Sarah thinks they need more space – she would love a second bathroom and somewhere to dry the laundry.
Jabzz, meanwhile, would rather not fork out more money to move. He has already put a lot of work into their home and believes that, with a bit more effort, they can create what they want where they are. As the expenses escalate, Kirstie must come up with a cost-effective solution to win Sarah round, whilst Phil tries to tempt Jabzz with three ready-to-move-in showstoppers in a small search area.
Kirstie and Phil both rise to the challenge, but only one can reign victorious. Will Sarah and Jabzz Love or List?
