Following on from a successful one-off programme back in 2016, BBC Four presents the show looking at people’s passion for hand-made objects.
This opening episode follows different crafters from different parts of the country. In Bamburgh, Northumberland is Heather Ritchie, a rug maker who uses a special hooking technique to create works out of recycled material. Meanwhile, in South London there is Kelvyn Smith, who gives students a class on letterpress printmaking.
Make! Craft Britain is on BBC Four at 21.00.
