Last week thousands of runners took to the streets of London to take part in one of the most recognised races, the London Marathon.
Hoping to join the crowds at the start line are 10 individuals living with different mental health issues. Running for Heads Together, the leading charity at this year’s race, this episode catches up with the group half-way through their training.
Juggling sporting issues with their mental challenges, the remaining runners are joined at a training run by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry. In an attempt to get people talking about mental health, the royals meet with the runners to learn about their personal experiences, encouraging them to stick with their training in the hope they’ll all make it across the finishing line.
