Preview – Nadiya’s British Food Adventure

Continuing her British culinary journey, Nadiya heads to the Peak District to learn more about preserving old traditions.

Tonight Nadiya bakes her interpretation of the classic Bakewell tart before heading out to meet the Barrett family who have been making the local, pancake-style delicacy of Derbyshire oatcakes for over 60 years.

Next, she travels a few miles out of the Peak District to the village of Hale, just inside Greater Manchester to learn about the art of pickling from master pickler and finally uses the area as inspiration for her sumac lamb chops.
